Cancellation 

  1. Cancellations & Refunds
    Due to the nature of our product (household cleaning and detergent items), cancellations and refunds are generally not accepted once an order has been confirmed.
  2. Customer Satisfaction First
    At Mr. Klenz, we prioritize customer satisfaction. Every product is carefully inspected and quality-checked before dispatch to ensure it meets our premium standards. However, in the rare event that you are not fully satisfied, our refund policy is detailed below.

Refunds

1. Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable for orders that include damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Cancellations or changes are not allowed once an order has been successfully placed and paid for.
2. Proof of Issue
In case of damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered items, please share a clear photo of the product along with your order details via email to help us assess the situation and take the appropriate steps.
3. Compensation
If your claim is approved, compensation will be issued in the form of a voucher.
